Thromboscar Gel 15gm

Thromboscar Gel 15gm is used to:

• Manage surgical scars
• Manage burn scars and injury-related scars
• Improve hypertrophic scars and keloids
• Reduce redness, swelling, and thickening of scar tissue
• Improve skin texture in scarred areas

Follow these instructions while using Thromboscar Gel 15gm:

• Clean and dry the affected area before applying the gel.
• Apply a thin layer of the gel directly to the scar or affected skin area.
• Gently massage the gel into the skin until it is absorbed.
• Apply the medicine regularly as advised by your doctor.
• Avoid contact with the eyes, mouth, and open wounds.
• Wash your hands after application unless the treated area is on your hands.

Thromboscar Gel 15gm contains the following components:

• Allium Cepa Extract (0.1 g): Derived from onion extract, this ingredient helps regulate scar tissue formation and reduce inflammation in the affected skin. It may also help improve scar appearance by reducing excessive fibroblast activity involved in scar development.
• Allantoin (0.01 g): This helps promote skin regeneration and softens hardened scar tissue. It supports skin hydration and improves the smoothness and flexibility of damaged skin.
• Heparin (50 IU): Heparin helps improve skin hydration and supports tissue remodelling during scar healing. It also contributes to anti-inflammatory effects that may reduce swelling and redness associated with scar tissue.

• Store below 30°C.
• Keep the tube tightly closed.
• Protect from heat and direct sunlight.
• Keep out of reach of children.
• Do not use after the expiry date.

• Maintain a balanced diet rich in vitamins and proteins to support healthy skin repair and tissue healing.
• Stay well hydrated, as adequate fluid intake helps maintain skin health.
• Avoid smoking, as it may slow skin healing and worsen scar formation.
• Protect healing skin from excessive sun exposure, which may darken scars and affect their appearance.
