Hexilak Gel is used to improve the appearance of scars.

Uses of Hexilak Gel are:

1. Always follow your physician's instructions when applying Hexilak Gel.
2. The gel is for external use only.
3. Apply a thin layer of the gel to the affected area and gently massage it until fully absorbed.
4. For old hard scars, you can apply the gel overnight and cover it with a bandage.
5. Do not apply Hexilak Gel on open wounds.
6. Avoid exposing fresh wounds to extreme cold, UV radiation, or intense massage.
7. If you experience a skin rash or itching, avoid hot baths, scratching the affected area, and use unscented moisturizers.

Hexilak Gel is a topical medicine that is applied externally to the affected area. It is not taken orally or internally.

Hexilak Gel contains three active ingredients: allantoin, allium cepa (onion extract), and heparin. These ingredients work together to help improve scars.
