Sebamed Baby Sun Care 50+ Multi Protect Sun Lotion is used for protecting delicate and sun-sensitive baby skin from harmful UVA and UVB rays and managing sunburn and irritation. It is formulated with a very high SPF 50+ triple protection filter system, Vitamin E, Pro-vitamin B5, natural Inulin, and Lecithin to provide effective sun defence while moisturising and soothing the skin. The lotion is water-resistant, oil-free, alcohol-free, and free from parabens, paraffin, PEG, and other harmful additives, making it safe and gentle for babies' sensitive skin.

• Titanium Dioxide (Nano): Titanium Dioxide is a mineral-based physical sunscreen agent that provides broad-spectrum protection by reflecting and scattering both UVA and UVB rays. This helps shield the skin from harmful sunburn and reduces long-term damage such as premature ageing and pigmentation. 
   
• Butyl Methoxydibenzoylmethane: It is a highly effective chemical filter that absorbs long-wave UVA rays. UVA rays are responsible for deeper skin damage and premature skin ageing. This ingredient ensures extended protection against these rays, helping maintain the skin’s youthful appearance and integrity.
   
• Panthenol (Pro-vitamin B5): A well-known skin conditioning agent that penetrates deeply to moisturise, soothe, and promote skin regeneration. It helps repair minor irritations and maintains the skin's softness and elasticity, which is crucial for delicate baby skin prone to dryness and sensitivity.
   
• Tocopheryl Acetate (Vitamin E): It is a powerful antioxidant that protects skin cells from oxidative stress caused by free radicals generated by UV radiation and environmental pollutants. It supports skin healing and provides a calming effect, reducing inflammation and irritation after sun exposure.
   
• Inulin and Lecithin: These are natural moisturising ingredients that enhance the skin’s hydration by maintaining the natural lipid barrier. Inulin, a carbohydrate derived from plants, helps retain moisture and improve skin texture. Lecithin, a phospholipid, restores the skin's protective barrier, leaving the skin feeling smooth, soft, and supple.
   
• Other Ingredients: Aqua, C12-15 Alkyl Benzoate, Octocrylene, Glycerin, Dimethicone, Bisabolol, and preservatives.

• For Sun Protection: The lotion provides very high protection against harmful UVA and UVB rays. It helps reduce sunburn and protects delicate baby skin from long-term damage caused by sun exposure.
   
• Manages Skin Irritation: With ingredients like Vitamin E and Bisabolol, it soothes and calms sensitive skin, reducing redness, itching, and irritation caused by exposure to sunlight and environmental factors.
   
• Hydrates the Skin: Natural Inulin and Lecithin help to intensely hydrate baby skin, maintaining its softness and managing dryness even after prolonged outdoor exposure.
   
• Supports Skin Barrier: The lotion maintains the skin’s natural acid mantle (pH 5.5), which acts as a protective barrier against environmental aggressors and helps preserve skin health.

• Apply 20 minutes before sun exposure. Massage lotion gently and evenly into the skin. Apply generously. Small quantities reduce the extent of protection. 
• Reapply frequently to maintain protection, especially after perspiring, swimming or towelling off.
