Zita-D Tablet interacts with the following medicines:

• Diuretics: If you take diuretics such as furosemide or hydrochlorothiazide with Zita-D Tablet, it could increase your risk of low blood pressure (hypotension) and dehydration.

• Insulin and Insulin Secretagogues: If you are on insulin therapy or taking insulin secretagogues like glipizide or glimepiride, using Zita-D Tablet might increase the chances of low blood sugar (hypoglycemia). Your doctor might need to adjust your insulin or secretagogue dose.

Zita-D Tablet interacts with the following diseases:

• Hypotension: Zita-D Tablet can cause loss of fluids (volume depletion), leading to low blood pressure. If you have a history of hypotension, you should be cautious while taking this medicine.

• Diabetic Ketoacidosis: Rare cases of diabetic ketoacidosis, a dangerous complication of diabetes that happens when your body starts running out of insulin, have been reported with medicines like Zita-D Tablet.

• Kidney Disease: Zita-D Tablet is not recommended for individuals with severe kidney problems. If you have any kind of renal disease, use this medicine only under your doctor's supervision.

• Genital Mycotic Infections: Medicines like Zita-D Tablet increase the risk of genital fungal infections. If you have a history of such infections, exercise caution while taking this medication.
