Dapaford 10 T Tablet 15 is used for the following:

• Managing type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults

• Reducing glucose reabsorption in kidneys

• Enhancing insulin secretion after meals

• Complementing diet and exercise for diabetes management

• Decreasing excessive glucose production by the liver

• Providing alternative when monotherapy proves insufficient

• Helping to maintain long-term blood sugar control

Follow these instructions while taking Dapaford 10 T Tablet 15:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush, break or chew the tablet.

• Continue taking this medicine regularly as advised by your doctor.

Dapaford 10 T Tablet 15 is taken orally.

Dapaford 10 T Tablet 15 contains two active ingredients:

• Dapagliflozin (10 mg): This is a sodium-glucose cotransporter-2 (SGLT2) inhibitor that works in the kidneys to reduce glucose reabsorption and increase glucose excretion through urine, effectively lowering blood sugar levels.

• Teneligliptin (20 mg): This is a dipeptidyl peptidase-4 (DPP-4) inhibitor that prevents the breakdown of incretin hormones (substances that help regulate blood sugar). By preserving these hormones, it increases insulin production when blood sugar is high and decreases glucagon (a hormone that raises blood sugar) in a glucose-dependent manner.
