• Other bronchodilators (beta2-agonists or anticholinergics): Using multiple inhaled bronchodilators together may increase the risk of side effects such as tremors, palpitations, or dry mouth. Medical supervision may be required.
• Beta-blockers (e.g., propranolol, atenolol): These medicines may reduce the effectiveness of vilanterol, the LABA component. Inform your doctor before starting any beta-blocker.
