Veloz L Capsule is used to manage conditions like GERD, acid reflux, peptic ulcers, and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. It provides relief from indigestion, IBS, and diabetic gastroparesis, and also helps control nausea, vomiting, and vertigo associated with Meniere’s syndrome.

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew the capsule.

• The capsule should not be opened.

Veloz L Capsule is a combination medication that contains two active ingredients:

• Levosulpiride (75 mg): A selective dopamine D2-receptor antagonist which works by increasing lower oesophagal sphincter pressure and speeding up gastric emptying. As a prokinetic agent, it enhances gastrointestinal motility and can help manage symptoms like delayed gastric emptying.

• Rabeprazole (20 mg): A proton pump inhibitor which works by inhibiting H+/K+-ATPase enzyme system in the stomach's parietal cells responsible for acid secretion. This action effectively suppresses acid production in the stomach.

These components work together to provide comprehensive relief from upper gastrointestinal symptoms. While Levosulpiride addresses issues related to slow gastric emptying, Rabeprazole reduces heartburn and acid reflux caused by excessive stomach acid production.
