Thioford AP Tablet is used to relieve acute muscle pain, stiffness, and spasms resulting from sprains, injuries, or musculoskeletal disorders in adults.

• Paracetamol/Acetaminophen (325 mg): This ingredient mainly works in the brain and spinal cord. It stops the production of prostaglandins, which reduces pain. It also helps lower body temperature if you have a fever.
• Thiocolchicoside (4 mg): This semi-synthetic derivative has a selective affinity for GABAA and glycine receptors. These receptors play an important role in muscle relaxation and reduction of inflammation.
