Telma-R 5 Tablet contains two active ingredients:

• Telmisartan (40 mg): This acts as an angiotensin II receptor antagonist. It stops angiotensin II from interacting with its receptors in the body, which helps to relax your blood vessels, making it easier for your heart to pump blood and subsequently lowering your blood pressure.

• Ramipril (5 mg): This works by inhibiting the angiotensin-converting enzyme (ACE) in your body.
