Telista Trio CL 6.25 Tablet is used for the following:

• Control of high blood pressure or hypertension.

• Management of situations where a single antihypertensive agent fails to regulate blood pressure.

• Use as initial therapy in cases likely requiring multiple medicines to control blood pressure.

• Controlling blood pressure in patients inadequately managed on monotherapy with either cilnidipine, telmisartan or chlorthalidone.

Follow these instructions while taking Telista Trio CL 6.25 Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Avoid crushing or chewing the tablet.

• Do not exceed the recommended dose without consulting your doctor.

Telista Trio CL 6.25 Tablet is taken orally.

The Telista Trio CL 6.25 Tablet combines three active ingredients to manage hypertension:

• Cilnidipine (10 mg): This is a long-acting calcium channel blocker. It acts by preventing calcium from entering the smooth muscle cells of the blood vessels, causing them to relax and widen. This helps lower blood pressure.
