CompositionTASMULINE F CAPSULE 10 is used to manage the urinary symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH) in adult men, including difficulty starting urination, a weak urine stream, frequent urination and incomplete bladder emptying. It also helps reduce the risk of acute urinary retention and the need for prostate surgery.
It combines tamsulosin, an alpha-blocker that relaxes the muscles in the prostate and bladder neck to improve urine flow, and finasteride, which gradually reduces prostate size over time. Take one capsule as prescribed, usually after a meal.

Tell your doctor about any planned eye surgery (cataract or glaucoma) before starting, and about other medicines you take. This medicine must not be handled by women who are or may become pregnant. Report marked dizziness when standing, or any breast changes or lump.
