Finast T Capsule is used for the following:

• Managing symptoms of benign prostatic hyperplasia (BPH), a condition characterised by an enlarged prostate.

• Easing difficulty in initiating urination, a common problem faced by men with BPH.

• Improving weak urine stream, another symptom associated with BPH.

• Reducing the frequency of urination, especially during night time.

• Alleviating the feeling of incomplete bladder emptying experienced by men suffering from BPH.

• Decreasing the urgency to urinate often seen in patients with BPH.

• Swallow the capsule whole with water, without crushing or chewing it.

• Consume the medicine 30 minutes after the same meal each day for consistency.

• Continue taking this medicine as advised by your doctor, even if your symptoms improve.

Finast T Capsule works through its two active ingredients:

• Finasteride (5 mg): This ingredient inhibits an enzyme called 5-alpha reductase in your body. This enzyme is responsible for converting testosterone into dihydrotestosterone (DHT), a hormone that contributes to BPH. By lowering DHT levels, finasteride aids in shrinking the enlarged prostate gradually.

• Tamsulosin (0.4 mg): As an alpha-1 adrenergic receptor antagonist, tamsulosin binds to these receptors found in the smooth muscles of your prostate and bladder neck. This binding action causes these muscles to relax, improving urine flow and reducing BPH symptoms.

• Store Finast T Capsule in a dry and cool place, at a temperature below 30°C.

• Ensure it's kept away from direct light and moisture.

• Always keep this medicine out of reach of children.
