Tachyra 200 Tablet is used to manage serious, life-threatening irregular heartbeats (arrhythmias), including ventricular fibrillation and ventricular tachycardia. It is also used for atrial fibrillation, Wolff-Parkinson-White syndrome, and to help control heart rate in certain circumstances. It contains amiodarone.
It is an antiarrhythmic medicine. The right dose is decided by your doctor based on your condition and response, so take it exactly as directed. Continue taking it for the full duration prescribed, and do not stop it suddenly without medical advice, as this can affect your heart rhythm.
Protecting your skin from sun exposure and attending regular check-ups for thyroid, liver, lung and eye function, as advised by your doctor, are important while taking this medicine.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor about all other medicines you take, and about any pre-existing thyroid, lung, or liver conditions. Report any new skin changes with sun exposure, visual changes, or unusual tiredness to your doctor right away.
