SUSTANON 100 INJECTION 1ML may interact with the following medicines:

• Anticoagulant medicines such as warfarin: Testosterone therapy may enhance the effects of anticoagulants and increase the risk of bleeding. Monitoring of clotting parameters may be required during combined use.
• Antidiabetic medicines such as insulin or metformin: Testosterone may influence blood glucose control and alter insulin sensitivity, requiring monitoring of blood sugar levels and possible dose adjustments.
• Corticosteroids such as prednisolone: Concurrent use may increase the risk of fluid retention, swelling, or electrolyte imbalance, particularly in patients with heart, liver, or kidney disorders.
• Hormonal medicines such as adrenocorticotropic hormone (ACTH): Combined use may further increase the risk of oedema and fluid retention.
• Immunosuppressants such as Cyclosporine: Testosterone may alter cyclosporine metabolism and increase the risk of liver or kidney-related side effects in some individuals.

SUSTANON 100 INJECTION 1ML may interact with diseases, including:

• Prostate disorders or prostate cancer: Testosterone therapy may worsen symptoms of enlarged prostate and is contraindicated in patients with known or suspected prostate cancer. 
• Cardiovascular disease or heart failure: Testosterone therapy may cause fluid retention and may worsen underlying cardiovascular conditions in susceptible individuals. 
• Sleep apnoea: Testosterone therapy may worsen breathing disturbances during sleep in susceptible individuals.
