Sporidex-CV 750 Tablet is used to treat bacterial infections of the respiratory tract, skin and urinary system. It helps clear the infection and relieve symptoms such as fever, pain and swelling caused by susceptible bacteria.
It contains cephalexin, an antibiotic, combined with clavulanic acid, which helps prevent bacteria from resisting the antibiotic. Take it at evenly spaced times as prescribed, with or without food, and complete the full course even if you feel better early.
Finishing the entire course, even after symptoms improve, is important to fully clear the infection and reduce the chance of bacteria becoming resistant to the antibiotic in future. Staying well hydrated can also support recovery during treatment.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have any allergies to antibiotics, kidney problems, or are taking other medicines. Contact your doctor if you develop a skin rash, persistent diarrhoea, or signs of an allergic reaction such as swelling or difficulty breathing.
