Sotret Nf 24Mg Capsule 10 may interact with the following medicines:

• Vitamin A supplements: Concurrent use may lead to vitamin A toxicity and must be avoided.
• Tetracycline antibiotics such as Doxycycline: Combined use increases the risk of benign intracranial hypertension. Concomitant administration is contraindicated.
• Topical keratolytic or exfoliative anti-acne agents such as salicylic acid: May increase skin irritation and dryness when used together.
• Other Oral retinoids or high-dose vitamin A: Increase the risk of severe adverse effects and should not be used together.

Sotret Nf 24Mg Capsule 10 should be used with caution or avoided in patients with:

• Liver disease: Sotret Nf 24Mg Capsule 10 may raise liver enzymes and worsen existing liver impairment, therefore careful monitoring or avoidance is required.
• Severe hyperlipidaemia: This medicine can significantly increase cholesterol and triglyceride levels, increasing the risk of metabolic complications.

• Inflammatory bowel disease: Use may trigger or worsen gastrointestinal inflammation, including severe diarrhoea or abdominal pain.
