CompositionSoliact 5 Tablet is used to manage the symptoms of overactive bladder, including frequent urination, sudden urge to pass urine and involuntary urine leakage. It is a single-ingredient antimuscarinic medicine containing solifenacin.
By relaxing the bladder muscles it allows better bladder control, reduces urgency and improves quality of life in people with an unstable bladder. Take it regularly in the dose, frequency and duration prescribed by your doctor.
Cut down on tea, coffee, cola and alcohol, which can irritate the bladder, and avoid holding urine for long periods. Drink fibre-rich foods and enough water to prevent constipation.
Before starting, tell your doctor about your medical conditions, particularly difficulty passing urine or raised eye pressure, and about all other medicines, supplements or herbal products you take. Report severe constipation, blurred vision or difficulty passing urine. Follow the prescribed dose, frequency and duration, report persistent or serious side effects, and do not stop the medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.
