Bispec 5 Tablet is used to treat high blood pressure (hypertension) and certain heart conditions. It works by lowering heart rate and relaxing blood vessels, which reduces the risk of cardiovascular problems like stroke and heart attack, promoting better overall heart health.

Keep these instructions in mind while taking Bispec 5 Tablet:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• You can take it with or without food.

• Since Bispec 5 Tablet manages overactive bladder symptoms, drinking less liquid before bedtime can help reduce night-time bathroom trips. However, don't reduce overall fluid intake without consulting your doctor.

• Incorporate bladder-friendly foods into your diet. Certain foods such as tomatoes, citrus fruits, spicy foods or drinks with caffeine can irritate your bladder. Try to limit these in your diet to manage symptoms better.
