SOLIKEM 5 TABLET 10 is used for:

• Managing symptoms of overactive bladder, a condition where the bladder muscles contract uncontrollably

• Controlling urge incontinence, which is leaking urine following a strong urge to urinate

• Decreasing nocturia, the need to wake up at night to urinate

Here's how you should take SOLIKEM 5 TABLET 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush or chew the tablet.

• You can take this medicine with or without food.

• Take your medicine at the same time every day for consistency.

• If you forget a dose, take it as soon as you remember unless it's nearly time for your next dose. In that case, skip the missed one and continue as normal. Never double up on doses.

SOLIKEM 5 TABLET 10 contains Solifenacin (5 mg), which works on your body as follows:
