Relaxation of Bladder Muscles: By blocking acetylcholine, solifenacin helps in relaxing the muscles of the bladder. This relaxation increases the capacity of the bladder and reduces the intensity and frequency of involuntary bladder contractions.
Improvement in OAB Symptoms: The increased bladder capacity and reduced involuntary contractions, thanks to solifenacin, result in an improvement in urinary urgency, frequency, and incontinence typical of OAB.
