Here's how you should use your Seroflo 250 Ciphaler:

• Open the cap and hold the inhaler upright to load the dose.
• Breathe out fully. Place the mouthpiece in your mouth, between your teeth, and close your lips around it.
• Breathe deeply and slowly through your mouth.
• Remove the inhaler from your mouth and hold your breath for up to 10 seconds or as long as is comfortable. Breathe out slowly.
