Sensiclav-625 Tablet is used to treat bacterial infections affecting the ears, sinuses, throat, lungs, urinary tract, skin and bones. It helps clear the infection and relieve related symptoms such as pain, swelling and discomfort.
It contains amoxicillin and clavulanic acid, a combination antibiotic. Take it with food to reduce stomach upset, exactly as prescribed, and complete the full course even if you feel better before finishing, to help prevent the infection from returning.
Staying well hydrated and getting adequate rest can support your body's recovery while taking this medicine. Probiotic-rich foods such as yoghurt may also help reduce digestive upset associated with antibiotic use, if suitable for you.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor about any allergies to penicillin-type antibiotics, liver problems, or other medicines you are taking. Contact your doctor if you notice severe diarrhoea, a skin rash, or signs of an allergic reaction such as swelling of the face or throat. It is not suitable for people with a history of penicillin allergy.
