Roseday Gold 20 Capsule is used to help prevent heart attack and stroke in adults at high heart risk. It is a combination medicine containing rosuvastatin 20 mg, a statin, and aspirin 75 mg and clopidogrel 75 mg, two antiplatelet medicines.
This medicine lowers harmful cholesterol and helps prevent blood clots. Take it in the dose, frequency and duration prescribed by your doctor, usually long term, and do not stop it without medical advice.
A heart-healthy diet low in saturated fat, quitting smoking, regular physical activity and limiting alcohol, which can raise the risk of stomach bleeding, support treatment alongside this medicine.
Before starting, tell your doctor if you have a bleeding disorder, a stomach ulcer or liver problems, and about all other medicines, supplements or herbal products you take. Tell your doctor or dentist that you take this medicine before any surgery or dental work. Seek medical help for unusual bleeding, bruising or persistent stomach discomfort. Follow the prescribed dose, frequency and duration, report persistent or serious side effects, and do not stop the medicine unless your doctor advises you to do so.
