Roslaren Ac 20 Capsule 10 contains three active ingredients:

• Rosuvastatin (20 mg): This belongs to a class of medicines known as statins. It selectively and competitively blocks HMG-CoA reductase, an enzyme responsible for cholesterol production in your body. As a result, it reduces LDL ("bad") cholesterol production effectively.
• Clopidogrel (75 mg): It also inhibits platelets from sticking together, thus preventing clot formation.
• Aspirin (75 mg): This antiplatelet medicine prevents blood clots from forming. It stops platelets from clumping together, which can lead to dangerous blood clots that can cause heart attacks and strokes.
