Repace 50 Tablet is used to manage high blood pressure (hypertension) and aid in the management of heart failure. This medicine contains Losartan, an angiotensin II receptor blocker (ARB) that works by lowering blood pressure and reducing the strain on the heart and blood vessels. It improves the heart's ability to pump blood effectively, and, whether used alone or in combination with other medications, it helps prevent future heart attacks and strokes by maintaining blood pressure control.

• Take the Repace 50 Tablet orally with a glass of water.
• Take it once a day at the same time each day, with or without food.
• Stick to your dose schedule and do not skip a dose.
• If you miss a dose, skip it and continue with the regular dosing schedule.

Repace 50 Tablet is taken orally with a glass of water. It is not to be taken parenterally or topically.

• Engage in regular physical activity such as walking, jogging, or cycling for at least 30 minutes a day.
