Take this medicine on an empty stomach, either one hour before or two hours after eating.
Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

IMPDH is an enzyme crucial in the production of guanosine nucleotide, which is essential for the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes, cells of your immune system.
Suppression of Lymphocyte Proliferation: By inhibiting the functioning of IMPDH, MPA suppresses the proliferation of T and B lymphocytes. This action prevents the attack on the newly transplanted organ, thus preventing graft rejection.

Pregnancy
