PANTOSTRUM DSR CAPSULE 15 is used to treat gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), acid-related indigestion (dyspepsia), and peptic ulcers, and to relieve symptoms such as heartburn, upper abdominal bloating, nausea, and sour burps. It may also help improve symptoms associated with delayed gastric emptying (gastroparesis) when prescribed by a doctor.
This medicine contains a combination of Pantoprazole and Domperidone. Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI) that reduces the production of stomach acid by blocking proton pumps in the stomach lining. Domperidone is a prokinetic medicine and dopamine (D2) receptor antagonist that enhances stomach motility, promotes gastric emptying, and helps reduce nausea and reflux symptoms.
Take this capsule on an empty stomach, about 30 minutes before breakfast, with water, exactly as prescribed by your doctor. Taking it regularly helps reduce stomach acid, relieve symptoms, and promote healing of the affected tissues. Inform your doctor before starting treatment if you have electrolyte disturbances (especially low potassium or magnesium levels), kidney disease, liver disease, or heart rhythm disorders (including prolonged QT interval), or if you are taking any other medicines.
