Pan L Capsule 10

Pan-L Capsule is used for short-term management of GERD, maintenance therapy for healed erosive esophagitis, and treatment of Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. It also prevents gastric ulcers associated with NSAID use and eradicates Helicobacter pylori in combination with antibiotics, improving digestive health.

Here are the steps to follow when taking PAN-L Capsule:

• Swallow the capsule whole with a glass of water.

   

• Do not crush, chew or open the capsule.
• Take this medicine one hour before a meal, preferably in the morning.
• If you forget to take a dose, take it as soon as you remember. But if it's nearly time for your next dose, skip the missed one. Never double your dose to compensate.
• Always consult your doctor for specific advice on using this medicine.

PAN-L Capsule is taken orally.

PAN-L Capsule contains two active ingredients:

• Levosulpiride (75 mg): A prokinetic agent, Levosulpiride works by increasing the motility of your gastrointestinal system. It enhances the movement in your esophagus, stomach, and intestines by acting on your body's enteric nervous system. This action accelerates the emptying of your stomach contents and reduces reflux.

• Pantoprazole (40 mg): Pantoprazole is a proton pump inhibitor (PPI). It reduces stomach acid production by blocking a particular enzyme system—H+/K+-ATPase—in the parietal cells lining your stomach. By doing so, it increases the pH level of the contents in your stomach, promoting healing of esophageal and gastric ulcers.

   

  The combined action of the prokinetic agent, Levosulpiride, and the acid-suppressing PPI, Pantoprazole, provides a more effective management of GERD and peptic ulcer disease.

Always store PAN-L Capsule at room temperature, ideally between 15 and 30°C.

• Ensure it is kept in a tightly closed container, safe from moisture and light.
• Always keep this medicine out of sight and reach of children.
• Remember, it's important to use the product before the expiry date indicated on the packaging.

• Since PAN-L Capsule is used to manage gastroesophageal reflux disease (GERD), try to avoid food and drinks that trigger heartburn. These could include spicy foods, alcohol, or caffeine.
• Regular physical activity can help maintain a healthy weight, which reduces pressure on your stomach and lessens issues related to GERD. Aim for at least 30 minutes of moderate-intensity exercise most days of the week.
