Pan-L Capsule is used to manage acid-related digestive conditions in adults, including gastro-oesophageal reflux disease (GERD), peptic ulcers and Zollinger-Ellison syndrome. It also helps prevent stomach ulcers linked to NSAID use and supports overall digestive comfort.
It contains pantoprazole, a proton pump inhibitor that reduces stomach acid production, and levosulpiride, which improves stomach movement and helps food pass through more comfortably. Take the capsule on an empty stomach, preferably 30 minutes before breakfast, as prescribed. Swallow it whole; do not crush or chew it, as this may affect how the medicine works.
Eating smaller, more frequent meals and avoiding spicy, oily or acidic foods can support relief from acid-related symptoms alongside this medicine.
Tell your doctor about any liver or kidney problems, or a history of movement disorders, before starting this capsule. Report persistent stomach pain, unusual involuntary movements, or black stools promptly.
