CompositionOxyspas 5 Tablet is used to manage an overactive bladder, easing the sudden, strong urges to pass urine, frequent urination, and accidental urine leakage (urge incontinence).
It contains oxybutynin, an anticholinergic. It works by relaxing the bladder muscle, which lets the bladder hold more urine and reduces sudden, involuntary contractions.
Take it as prescribed. Drinking enough fluids and going to the toilet regularly help alongside it.
Tell your doctor about any glaucoma, urinary blockage, or stomach or bowel problems before use. It can cause a dry mouth, constipation and blurred vision, and it can reduce sweating, so take care in hot weather.
