Oxybutyrin 5 Tablet 10 is used to relieve symptoms of an overactive bladder, including urinary urgency, frequency, urge incontinence, in adults and children above five years.

Uses of Oxybutyrin 5 Tablet 10 are:

• Urinary Urgency and Frequency: Relieves the frequent, urgent need to urinate.
• Urge Incontinence: Reduces involuntary leakage of urine.
• Bladder Instability: Manages bladder overactivity linked to neurogenic conditions.

• Take Oxybutyrin 5 Tablet 10 orally with a glass of water, with or without food, as directed by your doctor.
• Swallow the tablet whole without crushing or chewing.
• Try to take the medicine at the same time every day for maximum benefit.
• Follow your doctor’s instructions carefully and do not adjust the dose yourself.

Oxybutyrin 5 Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Oxybutyrin 5 Tablet 10 contains the following active component:

• Oxybutynin (5 mg): Oxybutynin is an anticholinergic and antispasmodic medicine. It blocks muscarinic receptors in the detrusor muscle of the bladder, reducing involuntary contractions. This leads to improved bladder storage capacity and decreases urgency and frequency of urination.

• Store at room temperature in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight.
• Keep out of reach of children and pets.
