Oneclav 625 Tablet is used to treat various bacterial infections in adults and adolescents caused by susceptible bacteria.

Oneclav 625 Tablet 10 contains two active ingredients:

• Amoxicillin (500 mg): As a semisynthetic penicillin antibiotic, amoxicillin works by inhibiting the synthesis of bacterial cell walls. This action disrupts the reproduction process of bacteria, thereby reducing their numbers in your body.
• Clavulanic Acid (125 mg): This component acts as a beta-lactamase inhibitor with little antimicrobial activity of its own. However, it enhances the antibacterial effectiveness of amoxicillin by protecting it from degradation by beta-lactamases – enzymes secreted by certain resistant bacteria that would otherwise render amoxicillin ineffective.
