Ondet-MD Tablet is used to control nausea and vomiting caused by medical conditions like stomach upset, chemotherapy, radiation therapy, and post-surgery recovery.

Here’s how to take Ondet-MD Tablet properly:

• Follow the dosage and timing instructions provided by your doctor precisely.
• Do not change or exceed the prescribed dose without consulting your doctor.

• Adhere to the dietary recommendations given by your doctor.

Ondet-MD Tablet is taken orally.

Ondet-MD Tablet contains ondansetron (4 mg), which interacts with your body in the following ways:

• Blocks Serotonin Action: Ondansetron works by blocking the action of serotonin in your body. Serotonin is a natural substance that can trigger feelings of nausea and vomiting.
• Prevents Vomiting Reflex: By inhibiting serotonin's action at specific receptor locations in your brain and gastrointestinal tract, ondansetron prevents the stimulation of the vomiting reflex.
• Reduces Nausea and Vomiting: As a result of these actions, ondansetron effectively reduces instances of nausea and vomiting, improving patient comfort during and after treatment procedures.

• Store Ondet-MD Tablet at room temperature, ideally between 15°C to 30°C.
• Keep it away from direct heat and light.
• Avoid storing in damp places like the bathroom or near the kitchen sink.
• Always keep this medicine out of reach of children.
• Check the expiry date and use before that.
