Zoryl-M 1 Tablet is used to manage blood sugar levels in adults with type 2 diabetes. It increases insulin release and improves the body’s response to insulin. Consistent use with diet and exercise helps reduce the risk of long-term diabetes-related complications.

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Always take it during your evening meal.

Zoryl-M 1 Tablet is taken orally.

Zoryl-M 1 Tablet contains glimepiride (1 mg) and metformin (500 mg). They acts on the body in the following ways

• Glimepiride (1 mg): This ingredient belongs to a class of medicines called sulfonylureas. It works by stimulating the pancreas to secrete more insulin. Your pancreas has special cells called beta cells that produce insulin when they bind with sulfonylurea receptors. Increased insulin release helps lower blood glucose levels.
