Ondero D 5 Tablet 10

Ondero D 5 Tablet 10 may interact with the following medicines:

• Other antidiabetics such as Insulin and sulphonylureas: Increased risk of hypoglycaemia; dose adjustment may be necessary
• Diuretics such as hydrochlorothiazide: Increased risk of dehydration and hypotension
• Antibiotics such as Rifampicin and other strong enzyme inducers: The concomitant use may reduce the effectiveness of linagliptin.

Ondero D 5 Tablet 10 may interact with the following conditions:

• History of pancreatitis: Linagliptin has been associated with rare cases of acute pancreatitis, and patients with a prior history may have an increased risk of recurrence.
• Severe renal impairment: Reduced kidney function may decrease the effectiveness of dapagliflozin and increase the likelihood of adverse reactions, requiring close monitoring or avoidance of therapy.
• Type 1 diabetes mellitus or diabetic ketoacidosis: This medicine is not indicated for these conditions, as it does not provide appropriate insulin replacement and may worsen metabolic imbalance.

The recommended dose of Ondero D 5 Tablet 10 should be taken as directed by the physician. The dose may vary depending on kidney function, liver function, and overall treatment response. Do not alter the dose without consulting your doctor.

An overdose may increase the risk of side effects such as dehydration, low blood sugar, dizziness, or gastrointestinal discomfort. In case of suspected overdose, seek medical attention immediately. Supportive medical management may be required.

If a dose is missed, take it as soon as remembered. If it is close to the time of the next scheduled dose, skip the missed dose. Do not take a double dose to compensate for the missed one.
