• Bile Acid Sequestrants: Medicines like cholestyramine and colestipol may reduce the effectiveness of Olmeblu H 20 Tablet 15. To prevent this, take Olmeblu H 20 Tablet 15 at least 4 hours before or 4-6 hours after these medications.
• Non-Steroidal Anti-Inflammatory Medicines (NSAIDs): Taking NSAIDs like ibuprofen or naproxen with an Olmeblu H 20 Tablet 15 may decrease the tablet's blood pressure-lowering effect.
