Neksium 40 mg Tablet is used in adults to reduce excess stomach acid and treat GERD, peptic ulcers and related acid-related conditions.

Uses of Neksium 40 mg Tablet are:

• GERD and Heartburn: Reduces acid production to relieve persistent heartburn, acid regurgitation and chest discomfort.
• Peptic Ulcers: Supports the healing of stomach and duodenal ulcers and helps prevent their recurrence.
• Zollinger-Ellison Syndrome: Controls excessive acid production caused by tumours in this rare condition.

• Swallow the tablet whole with water.

• Avoid chewing or crushing the tablet.

Neksium 40 MG Tablet contains Esomeprazole (40 MG) which works on your body as follows:
