- The composition of Moxikind-CV 375 tablet includes a combination of Amoxicillin (250 mg) and Clavulanic acid (125 mg).
- Amoxicillin is a penicillin-like antibiotic which prevents or slows the growth of bacteria. Clavulanic acid is a beta-lactamase inhibitor which prevents bacteria from destroying Amoxicillin and enhances its activity against bacteria.
- Thus, the combined effect of Amoxicillin and Clavulanic acid make Moxikind-CV 375 tablet efficacious in fighting bacterial infections. This combination also helps in overcoming antibiotic resistance.

Pregnancy
Is it safe to use the Moxikind CV 375 Tablet during pregnancy?
Moxikind-CV 375 tablet in pregnancy should be used with caution. Amoxicillin/Clavulanic acid antibiotic is considered safe for usage in any trimester of pregnancy. It is a pregnancy category B medicine. Consult your obstetrician before using this antibiotic.
Breastfeeding
