Moxiforce CV Dry Syrup is a combination antibiotic used in children to treat bacterial infections of the respiratory tract, middle ear, sinuses, urinary tract, skin, soft tissues, bones, and joints.
It contains amoxicillin and clavulanic acid. Reconstitute the dry syrup with boiled and cooled water as directed on the pack, and shake the bottle well before each dose. Administer the exact dose prescribed by the paediatrician, preferably at the start of a meal to improve absorption and reduce stomach discomfort. Complete the full course.
Ensure your child stays well hydrated with water and light fluids, gets sufficient rest, and eats small, nutritious meals during recovery.
Before giving this medicine, inform the doctor if your child has a history of penicillin allergy, liver dysfunction, or kidney problems. Seek immediate medical attention if your child develops severe watery diarrhoea, a skin rash, facial swelling, or difficulty breathing.
