Montex 10 Tablet is used to manage asthma by relieving symptoms such as wheezing, chest tightness, coughing, and breathing difficulty. It is also effective in managing symptoms of both seasonal and perennial allergic rhinitis, helping reduce sneezing, runny nose, itching, and nasal congestion. Additionally, it helps prevent exercise-induced bronchospasm by reducing airway sensitivity during physical activity.

• Take one tablet daily, with or without food.
• For asthma management, take the tablet in the evening.
• To prevent exercise-induced bronchospasm, take the tablet at least 2 hours before exercising.
• If you are using a Montex 10 Tablet daily, do not take additional doses before exercising.
• When using it for allergic rhinitis, you can take the tablet at any time of the day.

Montex 10 Tablet is taken orally, which means it is swallowed with water. It should not be taken through any other route.

Montex 10 Tablet contains montelukast as its active ingredient. Montelukast belongs to a class of medications called leukotriene receptor antagonists (LTRAs). It works by blocking specific substances in the body that cause asthma symptoms and allergic rhinitis. Here's how it works:
