Momoz F Ointment 10Gm

Momoz F Ointment 10Gm is used for managing the following health conditions:

• Infected eczema
• Infected contact dermatitis
• Infected seborrheic dermatitis
• Impetigo, a bacterial skin infection, causes sores or blisters
• Folliculitis, an inflammation or infection of hair follicles

• Ensure your hands are clean and dry before applying the ointment.
• Clean the area of skin where the ointment will be applied. Dry it well.
• Apply a thin layer of the ointment to the affected area. Gently massage until it is fully absorbed.
• Wash your hands after applying, unless your hands are being treated.

Momoz F Ointment 10Gm is applied topically.

Momoz F Ointment 10Gm contains two active ingredients:

• Mometasone (0.1%): It is a corticosteroid with anti-inflammatory properties. It helps reduce skin inflammation and redness.
• Fusidic acid (2%): This is an antibiotic that halts bacterial growth by inhibiting protein synthesis. Fusidic acid binds to a bacterial enzyme called elongation factor G (EF-G), which prevents the translocation step of bacterial protein synthesis. As a result, the bacteria are unable to produce essential proteins needed for growth and replication.

• Keep Momoz F Ointment 10Gm stored below 30°C in a cool, dry place.
• Make sure to protect it from direct sunlight and moisture.
• Always keep the tube tightly closed when not in use.
• Keep it out of reach of children.
• Only use this ointment before its expiry date.

• Maintain a balanced diet rich in essential fatty acids from foods like fish and nuts, as they are known to help manage inflammatory skin conditions.
