Miragron S 50 Tablet is used to manage overactive bladder symptoms in adults, reducing urinary urgency, lowering the frequency of urination, and preventing urge incontinence caused by an overactive bladder.

Miragron S 50 Tablet is composed of two active ingredients that work together:
