Miragron S 25 Tablet 10 is used to treat the symptoms of an overactive bladder, such as a frequent and sudden need to pass urine, passing urine often, and leaking urine (incontinence). It is a combination medicine containing mirabegron and solifenacin, and belongs to classes of medicines called beta-3 agonists and antimuscarinics (bladder muscle relaxants).
This medicine works by relaxing the bladder muscle so the bladder can hold more urine and urgency is reduced, improving day-to-day comfort. Take it as prescribed by your doctor, generally at the same time each day.
Cutting down on caffeine and alcohol, following bladder-training advice and going to the toilet at regular times all support treatment alongside this medicine. Continue taking it regularly, even if your symptoms improve, unless your doctor advises otherwise.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor if you have a urinary blockage, glaucoma, or kidney or liver problems, and about other medicines you take. Seek medical help promptly if you have difficulty passing urine, severe constipation or eye pain.
