Bladmir-S 25 Tablet interacts with the following medicines:

• Medicines metabolised by CYP2D6: Bladmir-S 25 Tablet may affect how these medicines work. Some examples are thioridazine and flecainide.

• Cardiac glycosides: When using cardiac glycosides like digoxin together with this medicine, it's important to check serum digoxin concentrations for dose adjustments.

There are currently no known food interactions with Bladmir-S 25 Tablet.

Bladmir-S 25 Tablet interacts with the following diseases:

• Hypertension: As Bladmir-S 25 Tablet can increase blood pressure, monitoring is recommended especially if you have high blood pressure.

• Bladder Outlet Obstruction (BOO): The medicine should be used with caution in patients suffering from BOO as urinary retention has been reported.

• Severe renal impairment or end-stage renal disease: Dose adjustments are necessary for patients with severe renal impairment. It's not recommended for use in patients with end-stage renal disease.

• Moderate or severe hepatic impairment: Dose adjustments are necessary for patients with moderate hepatic impairment. It's not recommended for use in patients with severe hepatic impairment.

The daily dose of Bladmir-S 25 Tablet should be as prescribed by your doctor. Your dosage may be adjusted based on your response and the severity of your condition. Always adhere to the prescribed dosage and never exceed it without consulting your doctor.

In case you accidentally take more than the prescribed dose, you might experience symptoms such as a faster pulse rate and elevated blood pressure. If these symptoms persist, inform your doctor.

If you forget to take a dose of Bladmir-S 25 Tablet, take it as soon as you remember. However, if it's almost time for your next dose, skip the missed one and continue with your normal schedule. Don't increase your dosage without discussing it with your doctor.
