Composition

Mometasone (0.10 %)

Metacortil Cream 10 gm is used to manage eczema and dermatitis. It is a single-ingredient corticosteroid medicine containing mometasone.

This medicine reduces inflammation, itching, and redness in atopic eczema and contact dermatitis. It also relieves skin redness, scaling, and irritation associated with psoriasis plaques. It also eases itching and swelling caused by allergic skin rashes.

Before starting, tell your doctor about your medical conditions and allergies. Tell the doctor about all other medicines, supplements or herbal products you take. Tell your doctor if you are pregnant, planning a pregnancy or breastfeeding. Report persistent or serious side effects to your doctor.
