Maxstine M Tablet is used to treat symptoms of seasonal allergies and may help manage allergic asthma symptoms. It provides relief from a blocked or runny nose, watery eyes, and frequent sneezing, while also reducing chest tightness and wheezing triggered by allergens such as pollen or dust mites.
It contains bilastine, an antihistamine, and montelukast, a leukotriene receptor antagonist, which together block histamine and reduce airway inflammation. Take the tablet on an empty stomach, one hour before or two hours after food, as food can affect how well it is absorbed. Continue taking it as prescribed, at the same time each day.
Alongside this medicine, avoiding known allergy triggers, such as pollen and dust mites, keeping windows closed during high pollen periods, and washing bedding regularly can help reduce allergy symptoms.
Before taking this medicine, tell your doctor about any other medicines you are taking or if you are pregnant or breastfeeding.
