Lulifin Cream is used to treat fungal skin infections like ringworm, athlete’s foot, and jock itch. It contains luliconazole, an antifungal agent that stops fungal growth. Applied topically, it helps reduce redness, itching, and scaling, providing fast and targeted relief from various dermatological fungal infections.

Follow these instructions while applying Lulifin Cream:

• Make sure the affected skin area is clean and dry. Use soap and water to wash the area, then pat it dry with a clean towel.

• Gently apply a thin layer of Lulifin Cream onto the skin using your fingertip or a clean cotton swab. The cream should cover the entire infected area.

• Massage the cream gently until it absorbs completely into the skin.

• Wash your hands thoroughly after applying the cream to prevent infecting other areas.

• Remember not to apply this medicine near your eyes, mouth or vagina. If you have any questions or uncertainties about how to use this medicine, consult your doctor.

Lulifin Cream contains Luliconazole (1 %), which has the following impact on your body:

• Blocks Lanosterol 14α-demethylase: Luliconazole works by inhibiting an enzyme known as lanosterol 14α-demethylase in fungal cells. This enzyme plays a pivotal role in producing ergosterol, a significant component of the fungal cell membrane.

• Disrupts Fungal Cell Membrane: By blocking the synthesis of ergosterol, luliconazole disrupts the integrity of the fungal cell membrane. This leads to leakage of cellular contents and eventually causes cell death.

• Enhanced Dermatophyte Activity: Owing to its unique structure, luliconazole exhibits enhanced activity against dermatophytes compared to some other azole antifungals. Dermatophytes refer to a group of fungi that cause skin, hair, and nail infections.

• Store Lulifin Cream at room temperature between 20°C to 25°C.

• Keep it away from direct heat and moisture.

• Always ensure the container is tightly closed when not in use.

• For safety, keep it out of reach of children.

• Maintain proper personal hygiene, including regular washing and drying of your skin, particularly in areas prone to fungal infections like feet, groyne, and underarms. This can help prevent the growth and spread of fungi.

• Wear breathable fabric, as a moist environment can promote fungal growth. Opt for cotton clothing and change wet or sweaty clothes promptly to manage conditions like athlete's foot or jock itch effectively.
