Lobg Tablet 10 is used for the following:

Follow these instructions while taking Lobg Tablet 10:

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.

• Do not crush, break, or chew the tablet.

• Take this medicine at the same time each day.

Lobg Tablet 10 is taken orally.

Lobg Tablet 10 contains lobeglitazone sulphate (0.5 mg), which works on the body as follows:

• PPARγ activation: Lobeglitazone binds to and activates peroxisome proliferator-activated receptor gamma (PPARγ), a type of nuclear receptor found mainly in fat tissue that regulates how cells use glucose.

• Insulin sensitivity enhancement: It increases how well your body's cells respond to insulin, particularly in muscle and fat tissues, allowing them to take up glucose from your bloodstream more efficiently.

• Blood sugar reduction: By improving insulin binding at cellular receptors, the medicine helps lower blood glucose levels and decreases haemoglobin A1c (HbA1c), a marker that shows average blood sugar over the past two to three months.

• Metabolic improvements: Beyond glucose control, it positively affects lipid profiles and liver function markers, contributing to overall metabolic health.

• Store Lobg Tablet 10 below 30°C in a cool, dry place.

• Keep away from direct sunlight and moisture.

• Do not store in bathrooms due to humidity concerns.
