Diapride M1 Tablet contains two active ingredients which work together:

• Metformin Hydrochloride (500 mg): This is a biguanide type of medication that works by reducing the amount of glucose produced by the liver. It also improves your body's sensitivity to insulin, enabling cells to utilise glucose more effectively.

• Glimepiride (1 mg): As part of the sulfonylurea class of medicines, glimepiride encourages the pancreas to produce more insulin. Insulin is a hormone that helps lower blood glucose levels.

Together, these components help maintain stable blood sugar levels in people with type 2 diabetes mellitus.
