Hydroeyes 0.05% Eye Drops is used in the long-term management of chronic dry eye disease in adults, helping to reduce eye surface inflammation and support natural tear production.

Uses of Hydroeyes 0.05% Eye Drops are:

• Chronic Dry Eye: Helps manage ongoing dryness, irritation, and discomfort of the eyes.
• Ocular Surface Inflammation: Reduces inflammation on the surface of the eye linked to dry eye disease.
• Tear Production: Supports gradual improvement in natural tear production with regular use.

• Wash your hands thoroughly before application.
• Shake the bottle gently before use.
• Tilt the head back and pull down the lower eyelid.
• Instil the prescribed number of drops into the affected eye.
• Close the eye gently and keep it closed for 1-2 minutes to improve absorption.
• Avoid touching the dropper tip to the eye or surrounding surfaces.
• Use at the same time each day for consistent benefit.

Hydroeyes 0.05% Eye Drops 3ml contains the following components:

• Cyclosporin (0.05%): Cyclosporin is an immunomodulatory agent that works by inhibiting the activation of T-lymphocytes. In dry eye disease, inflammation of the lacrimal glands reduces tear production. Cyclosporin suppresses this inflammatory response, thereby increasing tear production in patients whose tear production is suppressed due to ocular inflammation.
