Glidapaflozin M 5/1000 Tablet 15 is used in the following conditions: 

• Management of type 2 diabetes mellitus in adults when diet and exercise alone do not provide adequate control of blood sugar levels
• Reducing the risk of hospitalisation for heart failure in adults with type 2 diabetes and established heart disease or multiple risk factors for heart disease

You should take Glidapaflozin M 5/1000 Tablet 15 in the following way: 

• Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water.
• Avoid crushing, chewing, or splitting the tablet.
• Do not exceed the dose recommended by your doctor.
• Always consult your doctor before discontinuing this medication.

Glidapaflozin M 5/1000 Tablet 15 is taken orally. 

Glidapaflozin M 5/1000 Tablet 15 contains the following components:

• Dapagliflozin (5 mg): Dapagliflozin, an SGLT2 inhibitor, reduces glucose reabsorption in the kidneys and lowers the kidney threshold for glucose. This results in increased glucose excretion through urine, effectively reducing blood sugar levels.
